What is the deliver time for items that I purchased?
WORDING SUBMISSION
Q. How do I submit my personalized information for the items I purchased? After you have purchased email your personalized wording to us at greetingcardvillage@msn.com After we receive your information please allow 24-48 hours for us to email you a proof of your personalized items.
Q. What if you don’t offer the picture/graphic I want to use on my personalized items? A. You can email us the picture/graphic you would like to use. Please note that some pictures/graphics are copyrighted and require the owners permission before using on your items.
Q. What if I need to purchase more of my personalized item after I received my original shipment of my item(s)? A. We keep all proofs on file until your event date. So, if you need to order more of the same item we can ship it out quickly. We can usually ship re-orders within 3-5 days.
Q. Once I purchase a personalized item how long do I have to submit my information? A. There is no limit of time to submit information. After you purchase just email us and let us know an estimated time that you will have your wording. Since we have most of our personalized items in our store all of the time you can also wait until you have your wording ready to purchase.
SHIPPING
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my item? A. If you purchased wedding items that need personalization and once you ok the proof and give us the go ahead to print it takes about 2-4 weeks (depending on current orders) to get your item(s) printed and shipped. Non wedding items will take 3-5 days for production before shipping. Our average shipping time after a proof is ok’d is about 2 ½ weeks on wedding sets and about 5 days on non-wedding set items. Rush order shipping is available on all personalized items. Your item will be shipped from the choice of shipping you choose at the time of purchase, so be sure to choose the correct shipping method.
Non personalized orders will ship within 5 days after your payment has been received.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible. You will be pleased when you receive your order as they are packed with care to ensure safe, complete and unbroken arrival. You will receive a confirmation number via email for your package once the product has been shipped.
Greeting Card Village ships the majority of our web orders via USPS Ground & Priority mail for orders being shipped within the United States. Please allow 10-14 business days for orders to reach you once your order has been shipped. Delays occasionally occur when shipping occurs around a holiday. Please be sure to provide your daytime phone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you concerning your order.

Q. How can I track my order once it’s shipped? A. Since we mainly ship with the United Postal Service we only offer delivery confirmation numbers. An automated email will be emailed to you once the item has shipped and it will include the delivery confirmation number. Please wait the full shipping time before contacting us about your package. We haven’t had a lost package so far so be sure to purchase insurance if you have any worries.

Q. How do I know my payments and information is secure when I place an order?Greeting Card Village understands that you are concerned about the security of the information you entrust to us. Greeting Card Village will not sell or give your personal information to any person or company. We will keep your information secure within our company in order to contact you if there is a problem with your order or if we have to credit your account. We will mail you sales information only if you request e-mails from us on new product releases.
REFUND / EXCHANGES
What if I want a refund?
For personalized items: Personalized items are non refundable. Personalized items can only be exchanged before printing has begun. Must be exchanged for same priced item.
Non personalized items: Non personalized items are exchange only! When you purchase items from us, we ensure that your product will be packaged and shipped properly. Non personalized items must be returned in it’s original packaging within 7 days of receiving item. If you are returning an item you must notify us within 3 days after the item has been delivered to you so we can expect the package and so we can refund your money once it arrives. We are not responsible for lost shipments or damaged packaging from shipping. Insurance is available for you to purchase on all orders.
