Q. How do I submit my personalized information for the items I
purchased?
After you have purchased please email your personalized wording to us at

Q. What if you don’t offer the picture/graphic I want to use on my personalized items?
You can email us the picture/graphic you would like to use. Please note that some
pictures/graphics are copyrighted and require the owners permission before using on your items
and all pictures submitted are subject to approval.
Q. Once I purchase personalized item(s) how long do I have to submit my information?
There is no limit of time to submit information. After you purchase just email us and let us
know an estimated time that you will have your wording. Since we have most of our personalized
items in our store all of the time you can also wait until you have your wording ready to purchase.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible. You will be pleased

Q. How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Since we mainly ship with the United Postal Service we only offer delivery confirmation numbers. An automated email will be emailed to you once the item has shipped and it will include the delivery confirmation number. Please wait the full shipping time before contacting us about your package. We haven’t had a lost package so far so be sure to purchase insurance if you have any worries.

Q. How do I know my payments and information is secure when
I place an order?
Greeting Card Village understands that you are concerned about the security of the
information you entrust to us. It is very important to us, too. To make sure your
information is safely guarded we use what the industry calls Secure Sockets Layer
(SSL). When you enter the page which requests your personal information, you will
notice two subtle things happen to the window in which the information page exists.
At the top of the window, where the web address of the current page is, you will
see that the normal http://…… changes to https//…. Also the lower right hand of your
browser window will change to an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending which browser
you use). Those two indicators tell you that you have entered a secure area.

What if I want a refund?
No Refund: Any personalized items are not refundable. If you want to exchange an item before printing has begun on your personalized item that will be accepted.
Exchange: Gift Shop items. For same item only if item is damaged upon delivery.
If any item is damaged or missing upon delivery of your items please email us within 3 days for instructions. Most items will be replaced but we do recommend that you purchase shipping insurance at time of purchase to ensure safe delivery from the USPS.
